I definitely use larger text. But also, if you wear eye glasses (like I wear reading glasses), take them off for a minute or two every couple of hours. I used to work all day and not take them off. My eyes got so weary and my vision was starting to blur. I know your Number 5 tip is right but I don't really have a desk and can't raise my laptop to the level that it should be.

I do regular yoga and breathing exercises that benefit our eyes, We have some facial yoga and massages to relax our eyes and I do them in between my work. And no one can deny the importance of a good diet for a healthy eye.

In order to conserve my phone's battery life, I usually reduce the brightness to the lowest and I was told that it's not good for my eyes. So I have to increase the brightness always. Whenever I'm reading, I always make sure I take some break. I believe this is helping to avoid stressing my eyes.

My favorite way to ease eye tension after a long session on a computer is to look at green plants. The green color has soothing effects on eyes.

Another way to relax your eyes is to rub your palms together until they are hot and place those warm hands at the top of your closed eyes.

Those are great tips. I take in between breaks, do some eye exercise in yoga and some breathing exercise that helps our entire sensory system including eyes. There is acupressure points in our hands and feet. I press them from time to time.

When people are getting their eyes tested so they can have glasses, People needed to not lie during the examination so they will get the right grade for their eyes.

Those are very good tips to relax eyes after straining them so much. I am surprised to learn that there are physical exercise that can be done on the eyes to make them fit. Also suprising to know that staying hydrated is also beneficial for your eyes.
