1.Keep yourself hydrated- Drinking a lot of water actually works to keep your eyes moisturized and it can flush out some of the salts in your system. 2.Look away from the screen or your reading material once in a while. Do not focus your eyes too much on your screen or reading material. You can look away then blink and you will feel relieved.
3. Let your eyes relax. There are multiple ways to calm relax your eyes.You can use hot or cold compress to calm the tired nerves of your eyes. You can cover your closed tired eyes with a warm wet towel or soak your face with your eyes close. You can also use cold cotton balls or cucumber slices to cool down your eyes.
