Hmm ... the site doesn't mention the nutritional differences (though it says the baked foods will taste 'different' in a couple ways).
I wonder why Eggs are used in baked foods in the first place?
The word xEgg is built on ancient words like the Latin
ovum (and other ancient words that mean 'Egg'---possibly derived from words that mean "Bird" - just like xBadEgg xPuttingAllYourEggsInOneBasket xEggRoll xEggBeater xEggCup xEgghead xEggNog xEggplant xEggshell xEggTimer xEggWhite xEggYolk
To xEggMeOn or xEggThemOn etc. is built on ancient words that mean Edge, though the unrelatedd xEgged xEgging can me "to Pelt with (Rotten) Eggs."
xNuitritional (like xNutrition xMalnutrition xNutritionist) is built on ancient words that mean "to Swim, let
Flow, Suckle (that which Nourishes)."
