The price of eggs in my country is really fluctuating due to lack of supply and it is really bad because it would be a burden on poor people who are just earning a few amount of pennies.

I was in the store the other day and I went past the eggs and I could not believe the price they were sitting at for sale. It really is shocking when you see something like eggs get as high in price as they are right now. Another one that I noticed as well was sunflower oil. I remember I would pay under £1 for that prior to even the pandemic and now when I looked, it's £2.10. Shocking.

I think that mostly price of the basic commodities i increasing but the salary of employees keep hanging, I think it is high time to make a salary increase so that we can cope with the increase of the product and services that we are experiencing right now especially the eggs that we used everyday as a substitute for other food that are so expensive as well.

I was in the Kitchen the other day and we have an Amazon Echo Show on our counter. I heard Alexa talking about egg substitutions for baking and it was really interesting. Later I did a Google search and came up with a site that had tons of information, such as did you know that instead of eggs you could use 1/2 a smashed ripe banana?
