as it did well. Are they hating on The Rock or Black Adam. Maybe The Rock should have just been SuperMan?

Well James Gunn never like him. He is part of the sabotage of Black Adam. James Gunn do not want people over 40 on his new vision of DC comics. He wants heroes under 40 because its more beneficial for long term. I mean Marvel hired a Chadwick Boseman who is on his 40s to play Black Panther and he died of cancer. 40 is the age where most health problems start. So James Gunn want younger actors.

Both Rock and Gunn are control freaks too. You cannot put 2 divas in the same room.

Nah he just got into power this month. He use to be in MCU he made the guardians of the Galaxy movies. The Power dc gave him is way too much though. They give him complete control of DC and Warner Bros.

I think that is just his excuse, I think another reason why James Gunn do not want people on their 40s is they know their worth so they will debate him creatively. Younger actors tends to be yes men and yes women since their career is new. James Gunn is a control freak and he knows people over 40s wont like to be controlled by him. They want to have creative inputs.

Maybe he got fired since they did wrong thing with Shazam character. Shazam is character made by three white kids. I don't know where they got idea make it from one kid. I think Shazam fans just didn't like this role and not The Rock personaly. But the Rock will get fire so directors can save their positions.

James Gunn is also the reason why Henry Cavill will not go back as Superman. Too bad Henry has given up on a role for a movie just to accept his supposed return as Superman. James Gunn is creating the DC Universe, and he's also directing the MCU film Guardians of the Galaxy 3.
