Dan Brown

Postby Allius » 12 Aug 2015, 11:22

Dan Brown has several books that mix true events with a fictional story. I like a lot of his books.
And you? Have you read any books of Dan Brown?

I have read the Da Vinci Code and Angels and Demons I still have to get my hands on the others but sadly I am not really financially stable enough to buy them..as I have to focus my funds elsewhere.

He used to stir a lot of controversies because of Da Vinci Code and Angels and Demons. Haven't heard anything about him lately, though. I read the two books as well. It was good and intriguing.

Read Da Vinci Code and Angels and Demons. I liked the Angels and Demons better but both were good. I have Digital Fortress lying around somewhere but haven't started reading it.

The latest book wrote by Dan Brown is called Inferno (2013). I have not read yet, but people say that is very good.
In 2016 will debut a film based on the latest book by Dan Brown. :)

I've read all of his books except for Inferno. It's been out long enough, I might be able to find a used copy or inexpensive paperback by now. Come to think of it, it's probably easier to find in the library now too.

Both Angels & Demons and The Da Vinci Code books were FAR better than the movies.

Sometimes the books are better than the movies, actually most of the time they are better. I haven't read a Dan Brown book in a long time.

I actually started rereading The Da Vinci Code a few weeks ago. I had to spend a lot of time sitting with someone in a hospital and needed something to occupy myself.

The DaVinci code is such a revelation it shook the heck out of me. Very intriguing and it confused me big time. I wonder where he got all his facts and ideas

Yes, I agree with you!
The books are much better than the movies. In the movies they do not have time to show all ... the books are more descriptive and have more details.
But it is interesting to see the movies (I only see the movies after reading the books) ...
