Unforunately site is not legit anymore. I posted my article there only to get backlink but never was approved. I can't even find draft of it. I would suggest you avoid it.

Interesting, but still need to learn more about how to submit article, maybe there are certain requirement to accepted, and the concept means more comment and views will getting more earning isn't?

Seems to me it would be woth the time to post an article and make sure first hand if it is paying. Don't take anyone's word for anything online if you want real facts.
