If a thread is already posted about one aspect then its duplicate thread won't be allowed and you need to understand that.

Unfortunately, you have not followed the community guidelines on Referral Index Forum. You have been warned a total of 4 times since your joining date on June 17th. The staff and I have been extremely lenient with you in regard to spam. Most forums will immediately ban an individual if they notice unnecessary amounts of spam on the forums, but we have provided you with chance after chance. You earn 10 RIF per comment, 15 RIF per thread, and 1 RIF per comment received on your thread.

It's 5,000 RIF Points for a $5 cash out. You earn 10 RIF Points per reply and 15 per thread. If you only do replies with no threads, this is equal to $0.01 per reply, not $0.001.
