Online payment methods

Postby Hilda » 16 May 2022, 08:43

There are many online paying methods like PayPal, perfect money, skrill, payeer and so many others. What would you reccomend for someone to use and why? What are the disadvantages and advantages of using some of them.

I use PayPal so I will comment only it. PayPal is worldwide spread, it is fast. It is expensive to. With that, PayPal don't like PTC sites and similar stuff. So if you plans PTC in combination with PayPal, you will get ban from PayPal.

I only use PayPal and prepaid card, I feel some security using both. Between the two I would choose prepaid card, as I only put there the money I need for the purchase, if my card details are hacked I know they won't have access to my bank account and can't use my money.

I use PayPal only. The transaction fees seem to get high with time, but I am still using it as its the most popular. I am also thinking about using WhatsApp pay and if it would be useful for my foreign transactions.

Use debit card, not credit card because you need to top up an amount before any purchase. Hence the risk of losing money due to scam or fraud is minimal. Paypal is stable and secure but in malaysia paypal is not widely use.

I would recommend Paypal as it most stable and available in almost all countries. High fees is the only issue with Paypal.

You should look into Payoneer.

Pro: Trustworthy and transferring of funds can be accomplished within minutes
Con: Strict registration and validation procedure

I knew only PayPal had strictest regulations like anti-cryptocurrency, PTC usage policies. Is Payoneer too following the same route?

When it comes to payment methods, I would highly recommend PayPal. PayPal is one of the biggest payment processing applications in the world and offers many features for both buyers and sellers.

I use Paypal, debit cards, and Venmo. The most accepted and easy to use is definitely Paypal. The debit cards let me control what I spend because only that amount is on it at the time. Venmo is very much like Paypal and comes with its own debit card as well. I like it because it's the one my relatives have for me to send money with them back and forth. OH! I almost forgot all about Cashapp, I have that one too and I can send back and forth with people but only a couple of people I send money with have it. It isn't very widely accepted and the debit card with is often declined. I don't really recommend cash app that often if you have another option, it did however let me do my taxes on it for free, so that's an extra bonus.

The fees never bothered me, until they froze my account with $900 in it for six months. No more PayPal for me ever again.

I prefer Gift Cards or transfers like Wise or Zelle.

I prefare PayPal any day. But since I do a lot of ptc I had to find other alternatives. Not really happy with finding others but I have no choice. I wish PayPal would be a little nice to use ptc lovers,we are struggling out here without PayPal.

I would recommend PayPal. Simply because it is accepted by most websites that I work with and that can accept mobile banking in my country

Wait until they snatch your money right from under your nose, then see how you feel.

I usually use Paypal because I found it easy to understand. I have tried Skrill but did not continue. Beside Paypal I am using app called Coinph but I think it is available in the Philippines only for my Crypto transanction.
