Many people dont want to watch Non English shows because they hate reading subtitles but right now the Number one show on Netflix of All time is Squid Game and the Number one show of the Week is Hellbound. Both shows are Korean. No Particular order, I will list down the best non English Netflix shows with available English dub.

Sweethome

This Horror Korean show is renewed for a second season, its set in a world where humans become monsters because of a pandemic. Sweet home's 2nd Season is currently filming and its renewed for a 3rd Season. Korean Netflix thrillers have high survival rate from cancelation.


Al Rawabi School for girls-


Mariam was an Ordinary Jordanian girl who got beaten up to death by the Mean girls at the school. She will use the unfair Patriarchal society of Jordan as a weapon against her enemies. Jordan looks like a westernized country because women dresses sexy is accepted but its still ultra conservative. Its about a girl who becomes a tormentor after experiencing severe bullying. This show was intended as a mini-series but it is now renewed for a 2nd season!

Dark This German Scifi show have a dark twist on Time travel.



Squid Game
The Number one show in the whole world. It's about a Game show where the consolation prize is death. Leonardo Di Caprio is such a big fan he ask for the autograph of the actors of this show. It is all over the news. Intended to be a stand alone mini series. its overwhelming success got it renewed for a 3rd season.



Lupin



This French Netflix show is such a hit in the US that Hollywood wanted to cast its lead actor. Its a Modern retelling of the story of Lupin the world's greatest thief.


Money Heist


Spain's Biggest hit, If you enjoy Heist movies about stealing stuff, this will be your Jam.


Carole and Tuesday

Set in the future somewhere in Mars after Elon Musk Successfully colonized it, Two girls met and decided to form a band and join a Talent show. One of the few animes where the lead character is Black. There will be racism between Martian Born people and Earth immigrants. Its an Anime I highly recommend to people who hates Anime. Its not violent and its more about Music. Despite the Mars setting its very grounded to reality.
The songs of this show are English, I highly recommend to watch it in English dub over Japanese because these characters are meant to speak English. Despite of this being a Japanese show.

Narcos The TV show that turned Pedro Pascal a big star. It is a true to life story about the drug War in Colombia. This Spanish Language show made Pascal a big Hollywood star.

I don't like watching shows in dub because I'm a language geek. I like to take the opportunity to pick up random words in different languages when I watch foreign shows in their original language. When I was learning Japanese, I watched a lot of Jdrama and J-variety shows with English subtitles. It helped me pick up the language much quicker.

That being said, these days I watch a lot of TV with my sister who doesn't show the same interest in language-learning as me. So I've been watching some stuff on Netflix dubbed. Recently, I finished watching 3% and I thought it was pretty good. Here is the trailer, for those who are interested. It's like a mix between Black Mirror and Hunger Games (and some say Divergent as well).

I figured that I was just being biased. This weekend I watched a K-drama that was English dubbed. I kept switching back and forth. First I listened in English. Then I would listen in Korean. I really don't like the English dub. But! If I am getting sleepy, I like that I can switch to English, close my weary eyes, and still understand what's going on. It has plusses and minuses.

Maybe in the US/on Netflix that's true. I'm pretty sure most people who regularly watch foreign shows prefer to watch it with the original voice.

Actually even though it is dubbed I still add in the subtitles. I started using subtitles because I was watching foreign language films. But now I've gotten so used to having subtitles, I show them whether or not it's the English language.

Biohackers is good German series. It talk more about biology, chemistry and biohacking techniques. It has many science errors but it is good and show what we could have in future. It as elements of action and thriller. Netflix is provider.
