Yes of course, you got it, lol. It is because that there is money you will be looking at tagged price before you pick in which to know you will have capacity to buy it or not. But if you rich you won't consider how much it may be before you pick it.

But to some extent those who see thenself as rich do have some concern about needs,because needs are in category,you might not be able to afford something at a particular period in time,due to some reasons.That does not mean one is not rich.

A neighbor who bought the vacant lot beside our home has bought another nearby lot. He is building a big apartment beside our home and he will also build an apartment in the newly bought lot. Obviously he is earning so much from his garments factory. However, I do not consider him rich because he still wants to earn more.
