Stranger things character Nancy And Steve where DLC characters for the videogame Dead by Daylight by by November 17 because they don't want 3rd party game producers to use their characters anymore.

Netflix wanted to make the characters not available for 3rd party sources because the will now dabble in the game of gaming. They will make videogame adaptations of their Originals.Netflix wanted to make videogame adaptations of Stranger Things, Squid Game, Sweet Home, Extract etc. They might even make a crossover game ala Marvel vs. Capcom.

Why don't they want third parties using their characters are they scared that they may loose out some points? Netflix is way ahead, they shouldn't feel threatened in anyway.

The third parties would have been free promotion, They had been greedy. I discovered Stranger Things because of Dead by Daylight, Now they will betray Dead by daylight like that,

I am away from Gaming, and watching movies or TV shows based on games.
Somehow, I feel that it might be very addictive.
Plus I even find less time to watch movies of my interest otherwise so such movies would be an overkill.

This is funny, but how would people play the games with a netflix game control? The gaming will come with the movies and TV package? if so it might be good.But I want to be able to play all the old games also.
Nitendo did a think were people play sega, and N64 online for 60 bucks a year but it failed.
I mean all the sega games they offer are on the sega mini for 40 dollars and they don't need to reply on being online. Now if they made the sega and N64 games multiplayer online it would be cool. But even the n64 stream has lag and failed lol. If Nintendo could not do it, netflix should be careful. Stasia also failed at this lol they all do and will fail. Nothing beats the hard copies. Playing online is fun, but trying to stream a game does not work

I think they will just make games and release them in all platforms. They wont make consoles. They just want to take advantage of the fame of their shows.

Not looking down. It is just that I have my personal choices.
In fact, Games can help as well but I used to get addicted to games like "Age of the Empires" and "Close Combat IV" and so now I am less into them.

They think that if they make their of games based from their tv shows they will succeed. Marvel banned Capcom from making their games for years and those games flop. 3rd parties always make better games of licensed characters. This selfishness on their part will bite them in the end.
