After those 42 days, the blood pressure of the participants was measured. The study authors found that blood pressure of the participants decreased significantly. Watermelon is a refreshing fruit and cooling for hot weather.
However this fruit is a forbidden fruit for women when having mensus. Consuming watermelon will increase the cramps and bleed more

It's interesting. The only time we had watermelon when I was a kid was when we were celebrating summer holidays like Memorial Day and 4th of July. Every now and then, my mother might buy a watermelon just because. We loved watermelon. Now I'm finding out it has all of these health benefits and I hardly ever eat watermelon anymore. But I do enjoy mangoes. Please write an article about the benefits of eating a mango. :lol:

Mango in king of fruits but in this season its quality is not good one. Mango have vitamin C so it good for our health, I don't know other health benefit of eating mango.

That's very interesting to hear. However, watermelon is probably the only fruit I don't like. I just don't like the texture and smell and I've really tried to eat it over the years thinking it would grow on me. But no such luck. I do like other types of melons such as cantaloupe and honeydew, though.

I love honeydew melons. But when I was a kid there was a watermelon candy and I loved it!

For me watermelons are just like mangoes. When I was growing up those fruits were not that expensive. Sometimes we didn't even have to buy fruit. People would always give my mom food. Now I'm an adult and live in a city where these fruits are not so plentiful and they are kind of expensive at the grocery store. I have eaten them. But not nearly as much as I used to because I don't want to pay the price they charge at the store.

Watermelon is harmless. I have never heard of anyone getting harmed after eating them. In fact, it's so beneficial that I consider it a blessing. It really helps to keep us cool and it is one of my favorite fruits. It is really, really delicious.

I saw the other day a boy deepfry watermelon and eat it.
I love my watermelon. Sometimes we make a cocktail,at times we just consume it as a fruit.
