I don't do surveys anymore because I had found other ways to make money online but I know many people still wants to do surveys because they do well on them or they are just too masochistic with the rejection. Whether you do well at surveys or you struggle with surveys we cannot deny one thing. They are super boring! I remember answering a survey that is two hour long. Those 2 hours felt like 10 hours because its a topic that I don't like but I gave my best not to get rejected so I will get paid. I know many people will not quit doing surveys despite of greener pastures existing so I decided to make lives better for them. So here are some tips I can share on how to make answering surveys less as fun as watching an iceberg melt.
1. Listen to a podcast while you are answering those surveys- Try to find a podcast of your interest and listen to it. You can either stream it on another tab of your browser or download it and play it with VLC media player. In my case I love farm to table podcast because it teaches me all the knowledge I need to learn as a farmer. If your favorite show on earth is Gray's anatomy, find a podcast about Gray's Anatomy and hear people commentate about the latest episode. If you love earning money online, there are podcasts about it too. If you love porn listen to a podcast about porn. If something exist there is a podcast about it. It is nice to hear some human voices while you answer those boring questions.
2.Listen to your musical playlist while answering the survey- I have a collection of mp3 songs that I can listen to while I am doing other things like a survey. Listening to music you enjoy can be enjoyable while you are doing this super boring activity.
3. Watch a tv show or movie mp4 while doing the survey. On this screenshot I am watching my favorite fantasy horror tv show "Hell Teacher Nube" while I am answering a miserable and boring survey. I don't do surveys anymore but I logged in on my Ysense account so I can show you an example.
If you notice I minimized the screen of my video so I can still read the surveys. To make the movie stay on screen while I am clicking, Click the view button of VLC player then click always on top. So the video you are watching wont get minimized while you are answering that mind torturing survey.
After that you can click and watch at the same time.
4. Watch a Youtube video while you are doing a survey. There are 2 ways to do it.
First is two have 2 resized windows side by side. Here are you see on one window I am watching the "Annoying orange on youtube" While on the other minimized Window, I am answering a survey.
Or you can play the Youtube video on a VLC player like this one.
Oh just like the movie one, If you will play a Youtube video while doing surveys, remember to click view and always on top so the video wont get out of your site while you are clicking.
Here is a small tutorial on how to play Youtube video on VLC.
And those are some my tips on how to make those boring online surveys more bearable.

I suggest try completing offers and surveys in offerwall rather than just surveys sites which you mostly can earn something rather than nothing if failing the survey, like theorem reach

Spotify comes in handy too for those who are completing them from a mobile device. It will still play in the background while they work with different sites. For anyone who likes to laugh, I would recommend searching for some stand up comedy shows and creating a playlist and just run that. Before you know it, the surveys will be all done and you're still laughing.

Yeah stand up comedy can also work since you dont need much visuals so more focus on the survey.,

You are right, it could be super boring especially when answering a long survey, I browse my hand phone while answering the survey via my laptop.

I guess companies that give out the surveys know people get bored. With a few of the surveys I have taken I notice that in the middle of it they throw in a random unrelated question. They usually say that it's just to make sure you're still paying attention.

I took a survey yesterday that lasted several minutes and they asked me about 3 or 4 times if I was paying attention. I was! Why wouldn't I be? That survey was worth a few thousand tokens. Of course I was going to pay attention.

I don't think I can multi-task, a talent I can't have. I lost focus when I do things simultaneously.
not even listening to music? Multitasking can be learned easily if you take it slowly.
Yes. And don't believe that nonsense about multi-tasking frying your brain. It does no such thing. Multi-tasking is about a person's ability to focus and concentrate on accomplishing more than one thing at a time and doing it effectively. Plenty of people do this, It's not just for geniuses. However, if you know that it's too difficult for you because you've already tried, then don't bother. Because you just might end up frying your brain! The world won't stop spinning because you don't multitask.

Listening to music is okay but COMPLETELY listening to a podcast will become a background noise when I do a certain task.

It is not that I can't multi-task but if I am watching or listening to someone talking while I am answering surveys I lose my focus too. I like to answer surveys quickly without distractions otherwise it will take me more time to complete. I still do some survey sites as I manage to receive some nice amounts every now and then.

Good ideas. I do not stay on the survey too long. Normally i would open another tab, such as fc, continue my 10 post tasks , then get back to the boring survey. Killing 2 birds with 1 stone

To be sincere, I would never get bored when answering surveys because I never even get them. I would be excited to answer one because I will have finally qualified. I get many serveys on a website I'm in but the problem is I never get to qualify for them. I like your article but it would be better if someone enlighten me on how to make sure I never get disqualified for a survey. 🤐

Wanna know why you dont qualify? You are too honest. You have to be a lying conwoman to pass surveys. You have to lie that you are about to buy something and that you are the bread winner of your family. You have to die that you will buy their products. I never earned from then when I was honest

I am at this site where I can earn tokens for my activity and then exchange them for bitcoins. I have not been doing surveys because everything was going great with me getting paid to watch videos. But now that site is no longer exchanging because they said the fees have become too high. So I'll go back to taking surveys again.
I know what @mildredtabitha means when she says she never gets to take surveys. That used to happen to me all the time. But at this site everything changed. Not only do I qualify to take some of the surveys but if I don't they pay me a little bit just for taking my time to see if I qualified. This is only site where that has ever happened to me.

I just love how you are in an area eligible for surveys. I have tried to work for ysense but there are no surveys available for me all the time so it is so frustrating.
I have never done a survey for a while now. I presume they are only available depending on your location. That is one interesting way of doing boring surveys.

I don't get bored, I get frustrated. I hate when they take my private information and then tell me I don't qualify. The least they could do is give me a little something for my efforts. After all, they did waste my time and my time has some value.
