I crossed $3, it is better to withdraw now as right now I'll not like to keep it for long.

$3 is less and better would be to go for at least $10 and after that go for the payment but if bitcoins fee is less you can go for $5 payment too

I have been losing some faith in the forum, there are topics that are paid and others don't and they have decided recently that some that were paid will stop being without informing users first. Also I face many errors which isn't a good sign for me.

It appeared like that for me too. What you have to do is on the top of the payout request window, you will find something called "ranking". You have to just give five stars to it. That's all.
