What I figured out is your twitch.tv email should be linked to your PayPal and should be verified otherwise when you request payment your earned credits will be sent back to sponsors.

@Vehlijanta I just received the Payment guys.... $20.14 to be exact and right now I have $5.12 in my account so there's no doubt that the site still paying as long as we are under their ruling.
