Today, I didn't delete my cookies, just my cache. Yesternight, I let my phone switched off till morning. Once in a while, you should switch off your phone, so that it can have some rest, that way your phone will keep working better for a longer time.

I often clear history, but cookies and cache usually once a week, or once in ten days. I don't mind typing usernames and passwords again.

I delete cookies and cache quite often. It is a good idea to do so. You can even do it on mobile phones.

Well for some sites I know them, for some I don't, but I have a list in my notebook of all the sites I'm working at along with the usernames and passwords. You can write it, too, but write everything in the same notebook, and use it just for that. Also, after few years, if you can't remember did you try out some site you can just look at that list and don't lose your time. I hope I helped you.

Leaving cookies on your hard drive might help to navigate certain sites that you use often better.

On the flip side by not deleting them you will accumulate unnecessary (sometimes unwanted) junk and things tracking you. Deleting cookies and cache is a good idea. It will help your computing power, free up disk space and help your browser. I have seen instances where doing something doesn't work but after deleting cookies and cache it miraculously works.

The past months I didn't delete cookies coz I haven't remember some of my passwords. I need to check it first from my list if the new site I am in has been put into it. that is the only time I can delete cookies again.
