I saw this site marked as a scam in bmf and just wondering what really happened because its been one of the most promising sites and very legitimate.

People had a few issues with payments because they got a new owner. However, when the new owner came, he took ages to pay everyone and some people are still waiting for payments now. You won't receive any replies to your emails either. Not exactly a scam though

Postloop is not a scam. There was the change of ownership which caused the operation to slow down.

Well, some members have not received their payment yet from the site, and may have complained about it.Usually Postloop was paying (by the ex owner) within couple of days and the new owner is sending out payments after couple of weeks or even months.

I won't blame the ownership. I blame forum owners who rate low and then keep their forum over there in the hope of getting members to post.

Well, the biggest blame is for the new and old ownership. They are in charge of keeping everything in operation and they didn't do it properly which helped forum owners cheat the system and rate low.

When you get low rates, then why even worry to join them? it is their loss to lose us.

I think the ex owner and the new owner should have made an announcement about Postloop. It is correct, they can do whatever they want, after all is their business, but this business is built on the members. So, they should informed the members clearly about their plans regarding Postloop.

I agree. But the thing is that when the postloop had the forum owners like iTommy and few others who literally gave people 2 and 3 stars and used the points to post on other forums, and posted one liner there. It seems forum owners too take advantage of this system.

If its change of ownership that brought all the confusion, the current admin would have talked to the members or even changed the rules for the sake of members so that those who aren't comfortable would pave way.

That's good news indeed. However, the availability of active sites is still low. I thought I saw two active sites last couple of weeks and now only the Card Collectors site is shown.

I think there will be not so many forums available, till the new owner do not take the necessary steps to bring back the Postloop to the track. So,it is up to him.

If only the forum owners avoid giving low rating, they would get some good forum members for posting. Giving continuous 2 and 3 rating is bad.

One of the necessary steps is to change how they pass people. Give applicants task to show how resourceful they are instead of relying on stupid grammar.

I totally agree with you, Yugocean! I've wanted to rejoin PostLoop since it changed hands but because I'm uncertain of a few things, I decided to skip right along. And why people insist on holding Ryan responsible for PostLoop when he SOLD it to someone else about 2 years ago is beyond me. None of this happened while he owned PostLoop!

Until now I am wondering why Ionicware had to change the design of Postloop. It really sucks.

SEOClerks was never a paid-to-post site. It was simply a site on PostLoop which allowed users to earn points by posting over there but they aren't available on PostLoop at the moment

I agree with this in all forms. I hated whenever I was rated badly for my high-quality posts. Your explanation completely justifies their behavior.
