I notice that site is slower last two days and they didn't approve many post. My posts are already 4 days on pending.

Same here. I have several posts on pending. Maybe they are still in the process of updating members' activities. Or probably there are many pending on queue so we just need to wait. It is also better if we could continue submitting posts while waiting.

Oh! So it's not my imagination. They are slow in approving. Sometimes they're fast. Sometimes they're slow. You really can't make plans with your submissions. You just submit and WAIT! And ... HOPE!!

I'll wait till they approved those pending. Well actually, I see new posts are being approved. Maybe I need to further improve my contents.

Creating a Lot of content article, polls can help you earn faster in virily, but besides those.. thier are some ways to Earn in virily.

As I only started to be more active last month, hence my earning from March is still pending. I hope I will be able to make $2 - $3 per month. I also think sometimes it took too long for the posts to be approved, hence I didn't get to make posts everyday though I planned to do so.

One of my lists got approved. The other one is still pending.

One of the members has been very nice to me. They not only left comments at the end of my post, but also left comments for some of the individual items in my list. You earn virils if someone leaves a comment on an item in your list as well as for the entire post. ALL comments earn virils. Awesome!

Same here, it shows zero. They don't update right away but usually at the end of the month, just like it happened for February. Quite sad to see that zero, but it is what it is.

Wow, that must be a hell of a lot of content to review and approve on a daily basis! I know when I was on ChatAbout, they only did that when you were new to the site. But once they were happy, you'd 'graduate' and no longer have to wait I think it was 24 hours for each comment to be approved.

That is how hubpages works too. They need to allow you to post once they have evaluated your quality.If I remember right that was how IB worked too. The first 5/10 (not sure) articles were reviewed and then they let you post. They could always pull down your post if it is low quality.
