Adhitz pays through bitcoin. Another ad network you can try is bitcoadz.io. However, I am not sure if anyone has been paid by this ad network.

I am using bitcoadz.io. It offers CPC, CPM and CPI ads. The pay rate is very poor and I cannot say whether this is legit or not as I am yet to receive payment. The payment threshold is 0.004 BTC.

I do not know about legitimacy of bitcoadz.io, however, I am also using this bitcoin ad network. THis ad network accepts all kinds of sites, however, earning and payment is via bitcoins. I am yet to reach payment threshold.

Is this the one you used in faucets ads to start to earn? I usually think of those who use it as the owners of faucets or crypto site and not like you manually click on those ads.

You need to give a correct payment address in order to receive payment from any ad networks.
