I am not aware about earning potential through auto surf sites, however, they can be useful if you want to drive traffic. But then traffic from such sites are not appreciated by ad networks.

I think it is better to use manual surfing sites,because this way,you have at least some hope,that your sites are viewed by the surfing members,but with autosurf mode it is not so much chance to get interested visitors to your sites.

Earnings are low in all these sites but all you need to do is openening the site to start earning, it doesn't require too much effort from you so you cannot ask too much.
