I 'm Portuguese but I am now living in Germany and I really miss my land. Especially the summer and the beach.

I'm thinking about traveling to Portugal in August to see friends and family.

I had a really lovely holiday in Albufeira some years ago. It is a really nice town and the people were lovely. The food was great and there was some lively bars etc for night time entertainment.

Albufeira is in the Algarve. Usually that's where people will spend holidays and is very nice, but Portugal has much more to discover ... you have to prove "francesinha", a typical Porto food. It is awesome! :)

I am from Goa, India which was ruled by Portugal for several centuries. Now in Goa, after the portuguese have left, the corruption levels have increased as shameless lazy greedy frauds supported by large corporates who do not do any work, or spend any money online, falsely claim to own my Paypal account, when they cannot even operate the bank account associated with it. Unfortunately in Goa today these lazy frauds have been given great powers
