Re: What makes you quit a site.

I usually work with sites that I can relate to. I need to be able to interact, learn etc. If all that stops happening due to changes or lack of time, I quit the site.

Not getting paid as promised is one reason that I would quit. Another reason is changing the rules. Moving the goal post with a "questionable" reason does not sit well with me. It is a stall tactic designed to delay paying you or not pay you at all.

I have made a decision to quit Answeree today because although it was ok at first it takes up too much time to do just a couple of posts which takes me away from sites I enjoy more. I am doing well on Prolific Academic at the moment so I'm going to concentrate more on that and my forums instead. :D

I haven't been working in Answeree, why does it take you too much time to write there? Do the site have a minimum number of words per post?
Prolific is in fact a great site, I have almost £30 to receive from them but I am letting it build up a little bit more.

It takes longer than other sites to earn. The word count is 600 characters which is about 120 words and the cash out rate is $30. I've kind of lost interest recently although I may go back at some point.

I love Prolific. I'm currently at £11.50 but I want to wait until I have £20 so that I don't get any fees. I got 3 studies today. :D

Well if not paying, that's one of the reason why I am in forums to add for my earnings. I am just practical. If I want to earn, I'll choose one of the best and that is from all the informations you are giving in some discussions.

I will quit an earning site if the site does not pay. I will also quit when I find a better earning site.

I quit the site of I don't feel comfortable there and things seem unclear or too complicated to understand. Moreover, if I find that the earning is way too low , I loose my motivation to stay with them.

I have joined several sites recently that I quit after a few days because of the suspicion that it couldn't pay. I couldn't find proof of payment and it seems that there is no moderator and no admin either.

I think when we don't feel comfortable on a website then we should leave that website and I like to do that

I will always quit a site that isn't worth my time in terms of earnings, I hate or dislike very low paying site with high payout it better not even to start it because one might not be patience enough to quit.

Yes after a website scammed than we don't have any other option other than to leave the website as we can never report that to anyone

I think lack of payments and also the rude admins make me want to get out of such sites.
