My goals when i'm starting is I'm happy with $5 a month but with my experiences now earning online I think I should aim more for a bigger amount.

It's fine to fail or make mistakes sometimes. This way you learn from your mistakes. Although, if you keep failing every month for your goals then it means that you are not making effort to do so.

In every site that I do, I set a goal to reach like in Humanatic, Ayuwage and myLot. But here in Forum Coin and Blogjob, I set to reach the maximum of posts or points.

I think mostly can be earned with paid to post forums and by publishing articles,if it is possible on the sites,Otherwise it is difficult to reach 40-50 USD per month.

*Goals do not always have to be time consuming. You can shorten them and be relatively quick. Even time management can be part of the goal setting process.
*Goals do not always have to be consistent. They can change based on our circumstances.

Time management and having a discipline to be regular on few sites is a part of my goal right now. So far it is going good

I think it is good and also bad to have goals- depends on a person. I, myself, do not because I don't want to frustate myself in the end.

If we can't reach our goal every time we try then, there's something wrong. I don't think that we can set goal if we will not meet it and being unsuccessful will definitely not good.

Yes, but most I can't reach it so I just become the come what may kind of guy regarding earnings online. Hopefully, if all my PTC sites become fruitful I may set again.

Yes I set a dollar per day on most sites that I use. Some are slow earners like mylot so I just chat like I was in any other social media site.
