Well, they should expect it when they are into transcription sites. 5-10 minutes audio file can have at least 3-4 pages in a word document. And it's pretty long and definitely need to do proofreading.

yeah that is sO very true! 6 minutes of audio are definitely not 6 minutes of writing, and definitely not 5 or 6 lines of text! But as with everything, in time you get the hang of it.

um, generally speaking yes! But it depends, mostly, on site policy. But a lot of sites let you choose which project you work on. But there are other hurdles.
