It works for all of the gift cards there. If you buy a gift card to a really sh**ty store, you will probably also get a larger percent off (10% +) so it will be 60% off in that case lol.

If you don't want the gift card and you want to take my offer at the bottom half of my post it will only be for target.

Doubt it. I checked a little bit online and couldn't find anything. You might have to walk into walmart to find out, unless anyone else knows.
