For sure no job is perfect because no matter how well you get paid, you'll never have it your way. But I think the best job is when you are doing something you are passionate about and was your dream. No matter what happens you will always feel it is the right job.

What are the general reasons why people do not like a job? Is it because of the people, the place or the job itself? A job should be something that you enjoy. You will be spending a good portion of your time and life working so you should ensure that you like what are you doing. It is possible to change jobs. Thousands of people do it everyday. Some people end up in a job they hate and it affects their life outside of work. They even bring the stress home or the stress can cause them to do negative things to cope. Studies show that younger workers hop jobs more often than older workers.

As I am growing old, I used to assessing if I enjoy what I am doing because if not, then I am missing half of my life. I should be looking for jobs that do not take advantage with people, their skills and experience with low payment or salary.

Well yes, every job is hard and almost no one likes or loves their job, but how do you know if you're in a job you hate just because you don't want to work versus hating a job you really don't want to do because it makes you unhappy?

Good testing. It's good to know if we love our job or not, so we can move on further in our career.

That is correct. As the saying goes, when you love your job, you are never going to work anymore. I wish I have that kind of job. My present job is stressful, it is like I am only working for money. I am happy for people who have found that kind of job.
