I have an adsense account for hubpages but nowadays you have to get separate adsense account for your websites. So I cant use my hubpages adsense on my sites.
I guess you have to apply through that account for the domain that you own existing. Who knows they may approve.
I can't see why a new AdSense account would be required. I've used mine at WebAnswers, HubPages and several other sites and I'm still using the same one for my blogs. AdSense may not approve a blog immediately, but once they do, I see no reason not to use the existing account if it's still active and has a balance owing to you.
