Tango card only for shopping? I still a bit blurred on this option.
What is the real difference between getting paid cash you will spend on shopping, or getting gift cards to pay for things you would shop for anyway? It all comes out the same on the bottom line. However Tango Card is a little more complicated outside the USA.
