Where is this $1 bonus? I don't see that on Niume. So I am guessing maybe you are speaking of LB then?

I think it is no more there. I got it when I joined and I received $1 for each of my 4 referrals. They also got $1 when they posted their first article but the site has stopped paying it lately.

Last week, I got $1 for a referral. So, I think Niume is still paying for referrals.

That is good news mate... I will be glad if someone joins through my ref link (your shared posts also work as ref-link on this site)

I believe the if you signed up under a person you and the person you signed up under received $1. Then you get $1 every time someone signs up under you. That is my understanding. I do not think you get a bonus if you just sign up without someone's referral link to sign up under. Having people sign up under you would be a good way of getting to the threshold faster.

Did you happen to see the person who signed up under you? I have three friends who joined under me but I am not seeing them and I really don't know why.

I don't have anyone signed up under me. You can't see them listed under referrals? I actually don't even know what is under referrals or if there is a section for referrals other than on the dashboard at the top. I don't know if you make anything from referrals other than the initial bonus you get.

Actually this is only I see Payable Referrals: 1
It should be 3 because they are pretty sure they used my referral links but it is one. I already asked this to Niume last September but they are not answering ever since.

I even had been paid 3 times now and the site says
"You have not received any payments yet."

I guess they need to fix a lot of things in the site.

Did you happen to see this guys?

We aim to pay the last day of every month, but can take up to 30 days to do so after the date.

So it is now 30 days, not 15 days?

I have only one friend who joined under me but I am not aware about other three. I have never shared my ref-link so I believe that they came through my shared posts. Even I do not know who they are because the site does not display their names.
@morgoodie I was paid $1 as soon as published my first post. I joined without anyone referring me there.

Should this be a cause for concern? I hope not.
I usually get jittery when a site becomes behaving inconsistently.

Certainly not, I am also least worried who joined under me or I did under someone but when I see the things not working as they should that certainly becomes matter of concern.

I haven't been keen on this site from the beginning so I just follow this thread for the updates. I see this not a big deal, I mean regarding referrals singing up under you or so.

Not happy with the way views are getting accumulated with the niume. Sharing all the places didn't worked out for me. I wonder what else I have to do.

Yes, $1.00 is the sign up bonus, I do have it too. I think it will pay out together with the payment when we ask for cash out.

I am starting to think that for the sharing thing to really work we probably need:

- Strong Following.
- Followers who actually do read our stuff though.
Or perhaps there is a lot I am doing wrong. I don't know.

I am happy as a writer that some people are viewing my post though, that is quite cool.
I forgot to research this yesterday. Niume has a Help page and has a video there on how to get 10,000 readers :O
https://niume.com/help/#!/resources
I need to view that and see if it really works.

You will get a dollar once there is someone signed under you.

Me, 3 signed up under me and I only got one. I asked Niume and they haven't answered it yet.

I think you are right @workathomegal. A large following on social media is important. I am slowly growing my Twitter followers and I have a few like yourself who will retweet my posts. I only have around 130 followers but I am doing ok. I won't cash out this month but I can make it next month. I have enjoyed writing and learning as I go. I am glad that you like it there.

Yes, you cannot beat the learning as it always happens everyday. Like for example, I thought posts about Animals will give me more views, but I never thought it varies and it depends on the time you shared your article. I stop writing about animals and start to write for Lifestyle Sphere and see what I will get there.

A large following helps but if you use your social sharing sites in a systematic way that will do the trick for you. In fact sharing is as or even more beneficial than writing posts.

10,00 readers is a miracle to me, 1,000 is a magic, and 100 is normal thing, to me.

I can often get 1000 readers to my blog, but 10,000 is just a distant dream. However when it comes to Niume I agree with you. Some of my post haven't even reached 100.

I will have to try this in time but some of my social media doesn't have good following. I shared my book review on my facebook and I am not sure if any looked at it. So Facebook may be a spot where I shop sharing too. Some people might think I am spamming on there, even though I am not.
