Sorry to hear that. I was lucky to earn some through BitcoinGet when the price was in the $400s and am still holding on to them. Tempted to sell, but I have a feeling it will continue to go up.

But then I should not feel so bad because I got them when the rate was in the range of $425-450. I wanted to keep them but then the rate fluctuation was too much.

I cna't trust bitcoin. it is too fluctuating these days. and as it is now on peak, not worth buying. I will buy or have them when the price goes down.

It is not about buying. But I am receiving it from some sites as payout. So sometimes I can make profit too from such fluctuations.

yes, that's a good strategy. I'm thinking about the same when the price drops to $500

The price of bitcoin is presently falling presently,if I had known,I would have sold the little I had when it was in it's peak,I advice a friend to sell his own when it was above $1000 but unfortunately,I didn't follow my own advice but I know it would rise again and am waiting,am presently gathering as much as I can now and when the price falls to $450,I would purchase more and wait for the next spike.

The trick is to buy bitcoin when they have low price and sell them when they reach 1000USD. That way you are in profit most of the people have done that plenty of times.

Bitcoin went back down to 700-900$ time to buy bitcoins but it's seems risky although i'm using bitcoin only because it's the only way to withdraw my online earnings to my local cash because paypal can't withdraw funds to my local bank so bitcoin is the only solution in my country...

The price of bitcoin will be quite volatile. It will make moves above 1,000 and then break down below 1,000. This volatility will continue for some time until it can break above the resistance and start its march towards the next resistance level.

It is still a risk and does involve luck aswell. You need to hold on long enough to get a really good price but not too long that you end up having to hold them while the price tumbles. Easy in theory but can be difficult and time consuming to execute.

Agree on luck part. It kind of similar to stock holding. and hoping that stock price goes high. Another thing about the bitcoin that is bothering me is that getting it withdrawn locally. complicated task for me.

I just checked the value of bitcoin versus the US dollar. I should say I was astounded to note that bitcoin is now exchanging at a rate of about 800 to the dollar! Gosh! This thing depreciates fast!

Anything above than 500 USD is a good rate. I mean not even the bank deposits and the rent can give you that rate. I am sure those who had aaround 10 bitcoin or so in past are now doing fine with return.

Do you mean it?
No wonder most traditional financial institutions have yet to embrace the bitcoin concept.

Same here, I never bought any Bitcoin but received them from different websites. I have exchanged some of my Forumcoins for Bitcoin but I am not sure if there will be any such offer sometime soon.

How it would have been better if you had sold your BTC when it was retailing at over $1,000! Never mind; I'm sure the price will be up again in a short while.

You and I are on the same boat; local financial institutions have not yet accepted the bitcoin idea. I'm thus hesitant to complete tasks that pay in bitcoin.

Yes and to top it off. we can't show the reason for this much amount if we earn through it. I have found it really hard to even get some withdrawal for the same.
