MORE reason to use Linux on a USB stick. It totally separates your clicking from your every day work and protects Windows completely. There is no amount of cleaning after the fact that can come close to that kind of protection. The only catch would be if you can't boot from USB, but I just bought a cheap laptop that would for $25 and have used it every night for over a year so far.
