Most of that which you see in the image can be easily made at home at may be one tenth the cost.
What one pays at such hotels is for the ambiance.

I would not waste money What about you?

It is true that hotels often pay for the ambiance, not just the food. It is like a desert with a luxurious tent. Your water is the same, but the price goes up with a beautiful environment. At home, you can prepare delicious food at a very low cost and enjoy the fresh taste without stress. As the Chinese say, a drop of water can break a stone. So, a small step of cooking at home can save a lot of money and still bring great joy to the family.

It is true that there is a fear that hotel food is not as hygienic as home food because at home you know everything and you handle the ingredients yourself. Sometimes hotels rush to speed and quality goes down and that makes people feel insecure.

It is like an Indian princess eating the food of her palace cooked by her loyal cooks. There is a Japanese proverb that says, "If you fall seven times, you get up eight times." So even if the hotel food is defective, you can still stand up and plan your health well.

Well, at least the ones cooked on hotels are cleaner than the ones cooked by those shirtless guys who are street vendors and cooks and serves with their bare hands.

And then there is outsourcing by these 5 star hotels where the situation when it comes to hygiene could be worse.

I usually trust street food and restaurants if I see the cooks wearing gloves, or if I see the cooks wash their hands. Also, if I see the cooks wearing hairnet and at the same time, shirts with sleeves. If I can see your armpit, I will not trust your cooking. That's why those shirtless cooks in streets are disgusting to me. And I will never eat cooked by someone wearing tank top or sleeveless outfits. Because there is a huge chance that armpit hair can fall on food.

Yes, its ambience and brand name.
Else sometimes, a local affordable food joint can make more tasty Dosas and Idlis!
By the way, you like Masala Dosa more or Rawa one?
I have a preference for Rawa Dosa but most places, the sambhar is too spicy which I do not like(some of my family members though like it spicier).
