Video Special : Traveling in North Vietnam: Heritage and Excitement

Postby ptrikha21 » 12 Oct 2025, 16:45

So got to see this video.
The host Harish Bali travels from Hanoi to Ninh Binh.
He first visits Hoa Lu, Vietnam’s ancient capital from the 10th to early 11th century.
He and his team chose Tam Coc for an 8 km boat ride, which featured rowers using their feet, passing under natural caves, and views of paddy fields.

After lunch featuring low-spice Vietnamese cuisine, the host climbed 500 steps at Mua Caves, viewing the vast landscape and a large dragon sculpture.

On the final day, the host sampled Hanoi Egg Coffee and explored the historic French Quarters, observing 100-125 year old French colonial architecture, the Opera House, and the Metropole Hotel.

Wow that looks amazing, definitely makes me want to visit Vietnam. The boat trip looks so enjoyable and pleasant, I've never seen people rowing with their feet before.

Yes, the whole experience with the backdrop of Paddy Fields and Mountains plus the interesting way of rowing with feet makes the experience quite inviting.
I checked some fares about Vietnam.
If one can somehow manage the Travel fare and Time, Vietnam can be a good experience and at not too high a cost.
