Fashion designers have a hard time dealing with Shein and Temu making imitations of her design, which is a skort. An skort is a skirt combined with a short. And even though her design is patented, a lot of stores and Shane and Timo make imitations of her work, of her original design. To make it worse now, AI is now being used to steal her designs. There are now commercials of skorts who just replace her face because basically she uploaded videos on Instagram of her testing her own invention and design. And because she's Asian, they just replace it with the face of a white woman. And it's hard for her to battle these imitations. Not only they can steal her designs, they also steal her commercials.
