I'd love to hear your opinion on what is currently going on in Gaza and Palestine.

Some commentators describe it as genocide, do you agree?

At first, Israel is just defending itself because there are terrorist groups from Gaza and Palestine. But lately, they're not defending themselves anymore. They're killing children. Trump tweeting an AI video of how he will turn Gaza into the French Riviera of the Middle East means he's kind of involved to the genocide. He wants the Palestinians to be killed so he can build casinos in the Middle East.

My stand on this is very clear: Israel is committing genocide in Palestine (and Gaza). In the beginning, experts hid behind genocide being too complex to define because it's not easy to prove intent. In the here and now, I think we now have proof of intent, including the logstanding blockade on aid, which Israel doesn't bother to hide anymore. Telling Palestinians to go to 'safe places' designated by IDF, only to bomb them. I mean, Israel has recently said there'll never be a Palestine, before announcing it fully intends to move into Gaza to build 3500 illegal settlements... after they move the Palestinians onto third party countries. I mean, it just goes on and on.

Like a glutton for punishment, I watch everything unfold on the news every single day because I need to see it all, to know every bit of the gory details so I know the full details. I also want to see who's on the fence, who's complicit and who's aiding and abetting. Not because I enjoy it or have any power to stop them or effect change. Just so I know because for years, long before the advent omodern technology, we were all lied to about the real reason behind the Israel-Palestine war. Most media outlets have been captured, so we can't really trust any of them.

I dont have the same beliefs as most Palestinian people but it doesnt mean they deserved to be Genocided and we are witnessing genocide

It's not a complex situation, both sides did bad things, but right now Israel is committing a genocide. Palestine did bad things to Israel too, but right now Israel is the villain. Because they're killing children, they're killing babies. But somehow they're getting sympathies from Republicans.

It is true that the story of Israel and Palestine has been very difficult. Both sides have made mistakes. But what is happening in Gaza right now seems like a massacre. Many people are saying it is genocide because innocent civilians are dying every day. Palestine has also attacked Israel and caused pain. But the current scale is so large that the world remains surprised and confused about who is right and who is wrong.
