Many people are saying that boneless skinless chicken has become very expensive. It's a shame when good ingredients get too pricey.

Lately? My favorite Italian has become orzo. For example, orzo Alfredo, orzo salad, etc. Easy for myself to chew!

How about you?

I love Japanese food. Ramen is my favorite food. It's also easy to chew and you can get ramen with a variety of ingredients.

I had ramen yesterday! I like beef but my roommate bought chicken. ;) ;)

I can't say with surety that I have tastes any authentic Italian or Chinese dishes. We have pizza here and many restaurants serving Chinese. Even I make pizza and Chinese dishes at my home very regularly. But the ones that we get here or make are made to Indian taste. We can call then Indian Italian or Indian Chinese. I an yet to taste the original authentic dishes

If you're curious, maybe try restaurants that specialises on traditional recipes or even connect with people from those culinary backgrounds.

I looooove pasta, especially tomato based dishes. But the thing is, I finally went to an Italian restaurant that is considered authentic, and I hated the food. I guess the pastas I've been eating have been bastardised versions my very non-Italian family have been cooking up hahaha. The real pasta was quite dry, where we drown ours in sauce, and just use packet-made spaghettis with parmesan. It's lazy but it's really good.

My mother has always prepared her own. You know, the crank machine attached to the kitchen table cutting the dough then placed on the table in flour to dry.

I would sneak some raw dough because I like the taste of raw dough! ;) ;)

My version of homemade pasta? LOL From the grocery store in a box! I do know how to prepare my own sauce though. However, my roommate makes myself buy sauce in the grocery store.

My roommate's boyfriend says gnocchi.

My mother has always prepared her gnocchi out of leftover mashed potatoes!

;) ;)

Oh, that’s a tough choice! 😄
I find both China and Italy really fascinating. China has such a rich culture and amazing technology, while Italy is full of beautiful landscapes, delicious food, and interesting traditions.
I love learning about different countries and trying apps or games from all over the world.
It’s exciting to see how people in different places enjoy their daily life.
Personally, I enjoy exploring new things online that come from both regions.
Each country has something unique to offer, and it’s fun to experience a little bit of both.
I’m always curious and open to trying new experiences, whether it’s learning, cooking, or just playing new apps.
So, honestly, I can’t really choose—I love them both equally! 🌸

I have to say Italian and Chinese are two of my favourite cuisines. I can never choose between the two. I love all food but these are my top two, and not in any particular order. I was gutted when my local Italian restaurant closed when COVID hit.
