No you don't need to do that. You can use the coupon to get hosting for three months. If you want to keep the hosting plan after the three months, it's $3.95 per month. You can use the coupon without paying anything on your credit card.

Coupon codes are added to the order prior to submitting the order, but no worries! I have manually added the coupon code to your order and updated the invoice to reflect the free hosting plan. You have added a .biz domain registration, so this would be the only thing you would need to pay for unless you wish to use a domain you already own.

I may have forgot to change it to public. Check now. I have also since removed all of those "Recommended" products to get them out of the way of the checkout process, its easier to see coupon spot.
