I have not participated in years as I could not afford the postage. However, I would like to begin again soon. My local library has a give and take coupon box. Obviously, you can drop off unwanted coupons or take coupons.

The military and their families can use the coupons at their base's store for groceries and basic necessities. What is really nice is that the coupons may be expired!

I simply want to do my part, in my own very small way.
