Yes, New York City has a rat problem:
The Mayor of New York even appointed a "Rat Czar" to handle the problem.
Are the cats too scared to confront the rats?

The situation in New York is so out of control, they should consider as many solutions as possible.

Inbreeding is the term. I think that's pretty common knowledge. Pugs are especially bad. They can't breathe well and their teeth sometimes just randomly fall out.

My daughter was grocery shopping online. I have a bag of dog food including one of the bones dogs can chew on for their teeth.
I asked my daughter: Why did you buy this?
She says: It was really cheap!!
I'm like: WE DON'T HAVE A DOG!!
From now on I have to monitor her when she does grocery shopping.![]()
