Today is Taco Tuesday!

Overnight, I thawed out some taco meat filling in order to have some homemade Taco Salads today!

I am going to use the Crock-Pot in order to keep the taco meat filling warm all day.

I am going to have 3 servings of Taco Salad, however, not all at once, but throughout the day.

I am also going to have 2 servings of Homemade Eggnog!

I like having tacos on Tuesday, although this week we had burritos instead. Mexican Monday works too.

Sounds like a nice fare. We might have some Plum cakes/Pastries and Chips on the Christmas eve but not much apart from that.
Malls here are getting decorated to lure buyers and people fond of taking nice pictures, even though Christmas isn't exactly among the most celebrated festivals here.

I would if I could. The food pantry was here yesterday and did not bring a big bag of taco meat for this month. Sorry!
