All payments are made through PayPal. There is no specific payment day. Once 2 US dollars are accumulated a payment request can be made. Payments will be made on the same day of request.

Every post will receive points equivalent to 1 cent. Replies also receive 0.5 to 1 cent. No posting limits. However a per hour post limit rate is there to fight spam. Normally it won’t affect genuine users. There are other ways to earn points like receiving likes, getting accepted as best suggestion, commenting etc.
A special page for payment request is also provided for easy and transparent process.

I question how this forum is going to succeed in its stated mission. A collection of "penny for your thought" submissions is not going to attract the attention of anyone in a position of authority to ever even read the content or utilize any of the ideas submitted.

Without a clear path of collecting submissions even suitable to present to anyone in any kind of authority that could enact any changes in laws or regulations to even approach the stated mission is a pure pipe dream. There also needs to be a comprehensive plan for making such submissions. It is not going to happen with penny for your thought submissions. The stated mission for this forum is not possible in its current format and offer for payment. It is perhaps nothing more than happy thought blather.
