People would always tell you that physical appearance is not necessary when considering to marry someone. They say that the character is more important. I would consider physical appearance for the sake of how my kids would look like. What do you think?

I think that might be a bad choice but it depends on your preference, what if you don't get peace in that marriage and get constant disrespect?

Of course you should. They don't have to be the world's most attractive looking person but they need to at least not physically repulse you.

What makes people attractive is subjective. When you get to know someone, if you really like them they will become attractive to you anyway.

I hadn't thought about it in terms of "what my kids would look like" though. That just wasn't a concern I had at all.

Yes I strongly believe the physical appearance also plays an important role when it comes to the issue of marriage. It might not be the major role for some persons but it is definitely on the list.

I do not care about looks. My true love is gorgeous and he knows that he is gorgeous. I used to think to myself that he could look at other women but he was coming home to myself. I just got tired of being 2nd best. I was tired of his cheating. Maybe my looks are not all that good. Have you ever thought about YOUR looks?

If I could find a loving and decent gentleman, I would snatch him up in a minute, regardless of looks. Good-looking men have done myself wrong way too much. Make sense?
