I have recently started taking cold showers.... but only because it's blazing hot here :lol: Being aware of all these benefits, I've tried AND failed in the past to take cold showers. I've seen videos of people chilling (excusing the pun!) in ice water and could just never understand how they do it! Have you tried it, Yusra?

No, I haven't tried this yet and will never try it because it's cold here... I don't want to get sick.
