Have you encountered people whom you know to be very rich but are so simple and modest. They don't show off in public so people who do not know them personally will not suspect that they are indeed rich.

In most instances being low profile or low key can help us in many ways. Not divulging how much we earn will keep us away from people who might have bad motive towards us. Maintaining a low profile will give us peace of mind and security.

Do you believe that it is good to maintain a low profile?

I am not rich or anything close to it. But I always liked to be low profile. When you get less eyeball looking at you, you get more freedom to do things. But sometimes to achieve things, you have to get known. Like building your personal brand.

That is also my concern. There was a time I stopped posting on Facebook because some people started borrowing money. I am using this social media to get more referrals for my Bitcoin Faucet. Definitely, I will post achievements. But the problem is, while I am getting new referrals, there are also people who are taking advantage.

This is sooo me!! If I ever became wealthy, I'd disappear from the public eye. Not because I have anything to hide but because I just love my peace, to be able to fly below the radar, to interact with people on MY terms.

And yes, I know many wealthy people here who are so laid back you won't know until someone says. I see them roaming around in normal, sometimes worn clothes, barefoot and fancy free Yeah, the rich white Botswana people are kind of like modern day hippies. They don't even go around being flashy in ridiculous luxury cars. But go to their houses, and you'll get a fair understanding of exactly how rich these people are!

I know several people from our place who are very modest. A doctor has no car or probably he has but I didn't see him riding a vehicle. He would walk from the hospital to his house every day. Its' more or less 4 kilometers. Well, walking is a good exercise. An owner of a gasoline station would usually go out with a native bag. For people who don't know him, they would think of him as a farmer. But I know the content of the native bag is money and he will go to the bank to have it deposited.

I just don't the spotlight being on me. I must prefer to fly below the radar and do my thing from behind the scenes. I think people who tend to put themselves out there are at risk of oversharing. Some like it and will take the smooth with the rough, others fall apart when things go wrong and the trolls descend.

Recently, people have been getting on my case about staying in my bedroom office on my laptop- too much.

I have been told that I need to go to the cafe (where I used to work but was miserable and quit so I could write online!) . The cost of those lunches are too expensive for myself. I pack my own lunch!

I have been told that I should not take my laptop with myself. Hello it is a cafe! People even take their laptops to McDonald's.

When I tell these people that I go to bingo, the people do not know what to say!

I have a very good friend who does not gp anywhere and I mean nowhere. I asked recently why my friend is left alone and not bothered. The person got quiet and said "fhat is a good question.
