Awesome tutorial. with advertising we can never go wrong with social media,in fact,it is where you get more traffic, because that is where people are. will be trying with pinterest because I'm already doing great with others. Another good means is through Google plus.

Fantastic post. I tried the newsletter option on my site but it didnt work out well since many of my readers come from search engines on targeted posts. What I did and still do to improve my social traffic was simple.,

Created Facebook pages, twitter account and automated my posting using auto plugins. What I realized is that when a person makes a search on Facebook or twitter on something I posted, oh yea they come to my site even when they aren't my subscribers. This helps me with more traffic since my contents are well written and great.

Otherwise, other than that, all the above tips are great and thanks for sharing.

I was about to ay that there were two of you recommendations that I had not tried: Forum Boards and eMail Newsletters. But I have used a tool called Paper.li where you sort of publish your own newspaper or you could call it a newsletter. People can subscribe to receive it via eMail. I do weekly publications. The tool is very easy to use and I am currently publishing 6 papers. So if you count Paper.li as a newsletter, then the only method I have not tried would be Forum Boards. All of those other methods you suggested work well.

Oops! Also forgot to mention Flipboard. With this tool you can create your own magazine. Magazine, Newspaper, Newletter. It's all good!

Have tried all of the methods above with the exception of:
~ Niche related/general forums;
~ E-mail Newsletter

Instead I use content curation tools like Scoop.it, Paper li and Flipboard. They serve the same purpose, i.e. content distribution and marketing.

Interestingly, most of the methods mentioned on the article no longer works. It is not easy to create a fake ID on social sites, if it gets blocked, your entire effort will go wasted. You don't have to create fake accounts to promote on social sites.

At first, I thought it was. That's why I got on the waiting list.
But when they sent me the Invite Code I could not use it because it was for a mobile app. I use laptop.

But one day I saw a friend who had a Blue Sky account. When I clicked on her account link, it gave me the option to create an account. I am stipp on my laptop but iy allowed me to creat an account without the Invite Code.
