Employees can save commutation hassles and time closing to work from a co-working space close to them. But still it might not totally replace the office culture in future. Certain kinds of Businesses will still need their own physical space to operate.

Yea. The last time I visited an old school mate I found him sharing an office space with 3 different companies. He told me that they even share internet. One provider serves all of them as of it is one installation. That is the benefit of co-working unlike other traditional offices where you have to foot all the bills at once.
