It's been so long but definitely the admin will lunch the program, if I were him I will rather start updating the website when an close to the date which the program will be lunch because people visiting this website everyday is not the right thing to do is very stressful

It's going to take off this year but the issue is that if this will happen it's going to be late this year because the budget and estimation he posted there seems to be too high I thought he wanted to start the forum with small budget then grow the community gradually

Yeah I saw his last update writing about the estimation being very high. Yes, I agree with you he needs to start gradually

That is the only thing the admin is making too high budgeting plan to start the forum but I think he is not the only one to run that forum, maybe he is waiting for his partners to respond financially but hopefully the forum will kick off soon
