I think it would be helpful for us to reward members who post popular and helpful topics here on ForumCoin. To that end, I have started awarding a Topic of the Week, in our webmaster forum section. If this proves popular we will roll the Topic of The Week out to other forum sections in the future.

The member who posts a Topic of The Week will be awarded 50 ForumCoin. The topic which wins, may not necessarily have been posted that week, but it will have had replies during the week the prize is given.

Treborika won Topic of the week because of his thread in Webmaster. I hope people consider making that area alive and always reply on your thread so it will have back and fort discussions.

I think it got rewarded because people kept replying on that thread. It seemed to be rewarded like articles.

Looks like a solid idea to keep people motivated. It’s nice seeing members get rewarded for putting effort into their posts, and it definitely brings some life into the place. Even just reading through past “Topic of the Week” threads gives a good push to join in more. Curious to see how it grows if more sections get added later.
