It's an Android app called Volume Booster. I use it a lot because Android basically stunts the volume of the phone to protect the eardrums of users, but I want the sound to be louder. I want to immerse to the world of the movie I watch or the song I listen to. As in, I want it to be so loud that I will not hear my neighbors bark. But because, you know, those ear-protecting features phones have, they don't make my headphones sound loud. So I use Volume Booster to make it super loud that I can hear it better. It makes the audio louder. It's very useful especially if you have noisy neighbors and you don't want to hear their crap.
