What do you prefer... ground coffee or K-cups?

Personally, I think that ground coffee is more of a bargain, but find K-cups to have a better taste.

Then, also, do you ever drink that entire whole pot of coffee that you just brewed?

Then, do you really like the taste of that half of a coffee pot full which has been just sitting there for hours?

I vote for K-cups!

When making coffee at home I generally have instant coffee purely for convenience, it's much quicker and easier than making coffee other ways, although the taste is not as good.

You can buy one-cups coffee makers that are just like Keurigs but just do not have the Keurig name. I bought one called Tastyle online about 7 months ago for $15.00. Works like brand new. I bought the Tastyle for my bedroom office.

My roommate and I have come to an agreement.

We have our grocery money that we split between what we need and want we want.

She refuses to allow grocery money to cover my coffee k-cups. I have to buy coffee k-cups with my personal money.

However, today, she said that she can grab a box of disposable paper k-cup filters (used for brewing ground coffee with your Keurig or any 1-cup coffee maker) whenever she goes to the city WalMart store and I can grab a canister of McCafe ground coffee when I go into the local Dollar General. Both with grocery money.

The Blessed Virgin Mary has interceded!
